Absolute Aerials operates commercial drone services in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations under 14 CFR Part 107.

Privacy & Responsible Use

While FAA regulations primarily govern aviation safety, Absolute Aerials follows recognized drone privacy best practices, including:

Capturing imagery only for the contracted purpose

Avoiding unnecessary close-ups of individuals

Not intentionally recording through windows or into private areas

Respecting reasonable expectations of privacy

Absolute Aerials does not provide surveillance, investigative, or monitoring services.

Florida-Specific Disclosure

Florida law places restrictions primarily on government and law-enforcement drone use. As a commercial operator, Absolute Aerials:

Operates only with client authorization

Does not use drones for harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy

Avoids intentional capture of imagery meant to intrude on private activity

Incidental Capture

Due to the nature of aerial imaging:

Adjacent properties, vehicles, or individuals may be incidentally visible

Such capture is unintentional and occurs from lawful aerial vantage points
-
Reasonable requests for cropping or blurring will be considered when feasible

Safety Priority

Absolute Aerials prioritizes public safety, property protection, and regulatory compliance. Flights may be adjusted or canceled if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
