4. Authorization for Private Property Imaging

By requesting our services, the client represents that they:

Are the property owner or an authorized agent
Have authority to permit aerial imaging of the property
Have obtained any necessary permissions for property access, takeoff, or landing areas

Absolute Aerials is not responsible for disputes arising from lack of authorization.

5. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Absolute Aerials may use completed imagery for:

Website portfolio displays
Marketing and promotional materials

Clients wishing to opt out of portfolio use must notify Absolute Aerials prior to the scheduled shoot.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary with:

Dropbox (when used for file delivery)
